It has been a long time since the "Black Man" has been called by his true and divine name and title. Therefore, it is not hard to understand his unawareness of the psychological warfare tactics of the European Nations that were and still are involved in the physical enslavement and mental enslavement that the "Black Man" has endured for 400 years. Unfortunately, Nationality is the pink elephant in the room that our influential, educated men and women holding degrees from prestigious universities fail to acknowledge. How can you say you're educated when you don't know your Nationality? Or, are our men of letter just ignoring the fact they have a Nationality? Why? Do they or don't they know of it's importance? In this new era of time now all men MUST proclaim their nationality to be recognized by the government and nation in which they live, or be as a matter of fact, classed as undesirables now known in law as stateless persons or wards of the State in which you live.

It may seem far fetched to blame the atrocities and mistreatment's that come along with identifying as a "Black Man", just because of identifying as a "Black Man" but, you have to look at it from outside of the box. In their acts of European Psychology they have given the "Black Man" his cognomen and defined it as inferior, "White", they defined as a COLOR of purity and in the case of identity is the ruler of the land; "Black," they say represents everything of evil and according to Science means "DEAD IN THE EYES OF THE LAW." In a legal sense COLOR means an appearance or semblance, as distinguished from that which is real. Hence, a deceptive appearance; a plausible assumed exterior, concealing a lack of reality; a disguise or pretext. Simply put, color is anything that has been painted, stained, varnished or dyed. This is the pseudo psychology that has been pressed upon the mind of the "Black Man" for centuries and has him agreeing to not only his but his children's enslavement. Hopefully that brief description of color gives some insight in correctly identifying the "Black Man". Through the ignorance of the law a Man can be painted or stained with an inferior status within the government he lives.

According to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 15 (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality. The Declaration of The Rights of The Child, Principle 3 states; the child shall be entitled from his birth to a name and a nationality. The definition of Nationality is the STATUS of belonging to a particular nation, whether by birth or naturalization. So, with knowing the definition of nationality and knowing that "Black" is a stained identity or a semblance of identity that denotes a man without a nationality, it seems there is still much wisdom to be learned by the "Black People" of society today. So the question still stands: Why is Nationality not on the minds of "Black People"? Answer: Because it has was psychologically removed from the relevancy of being a Citizen also, there is monetary value in having slaves or having jurisdiction and authority over those mentally enslaved. I trust you will inquire about the importance of having a Nationality. For you who doubt whether this information is correct in breaking the chains of mental slavery, go to those that know law, in the City Hall and among the Officials in your government and ask them under an intelligent tone, and they will be glad to render you a favorable reply, for they love to see you brought out of darkness into the light.
